On 30 October 2026, EUROPACIFIC Logistika d.o.o. adopted its Corporate Compliance Policy on Business Compliance and Risk Management. The policy applies to all employees, the managing director and management, external associates, contractors and IT providers, consultants, students and anyone with access to the company's information systems, data or business information.

The policy covers in particular:

lawful conduct of business and risk management;
responsible use of artificial intelligence (EU AI Act);
information and cyber security (NIS2);
personal data protection (GDPR, ZVOP-2) and protection of trade secrets;
business ethics and conflicts of interest;
reporting of incidents and irregularities, and protection of whistleblowers;
internal control, audits, record retention and training.
