Supplier Code of Conduct

EUROPACIFIC Logistika d.o.o. · Version 1.0 · 1 November 2026

1. Scope

This Code applies to all suppliers and subcontractors of Europacific — including hauliers, shipping lines, airlines, agents, warehouses, terminals and service providers — and we expect them to apply it in their own supply chain. It forms part of our orders and contracts.

2. Legal compliance

Comply with all applicable laws, including EU and national transport, customs, tax, labour, social-security, environmental, sanctions and data-protection law.

3. Human rights and labour

  • No child labour, forced, bonded or prison labour; no human trafficking.
  • No discrimination or harassment; respect freedom of association and collective bargaining.
  • Wages at least the legal minimum (incl. posting-of-workers rules for international road transport), lawful working hours and, for drivers, compliance with driving and rest times (Reg. (EC) 561/2006, Mobility Package).
  • Safe and healthy working conditions, training and protective equipment.

4. Transport safety and security

Valid licences, insurance (e.g. CMR liability) and roadworthy vehicles; correct cargo securing; ADR rules for dangerous goods; supply-chain security (AEO-standard care, seal integrity, no unauthorised subcontracting).

5. Business ethics

No bribery or corruption; avoid conflicts of interest; fair competition; accurate documents (no false declarations); compliance with EU sanctions and export controls.

6. Environment

Comply with environmental law; reduce emissions, fuel use and waste; handle waste and hazardous substances properly; report environmental incidents.

7. Confidentiality and data

Protect Europacific's and our customers' confidential information and personal data (GDPR); use it only for the agreed service.

8. Monitoring and consequences

We may request information, self-assessments or documents. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to corrective measures or termination of cooperation.

9. Reporting concerns

Suppliers and their staff can report suspected breaches via our whistleblowing channel or to info@europacific.com. Reporters acting in good faith are protected against retaliation.
