Code of Conduct

EUROPACIFIC Logistika d.o.o. · Version 1.0 · 1 November 2026 · Approved by: Rok Kobal, Director

1. Purpose and scope

This Code sets out how we work with customers, partners, authorities and each other. It applies to all employees, management, students, trainees and anyone acting on our behalf.

2. Compliance with law

We comply with Slovenian and EU law and the laws of countries we operate in — in particular customs and tax rules, EU sanctions and export controls, transport, labour and data-protection law. If in doubt, ask before acting.

3. Integrity and anti-corruption

No bribes, kickbacks or facilitation payments — to officials, customs, port staff or business partners. Gifts and hospitality only if modest, occasional and transparent (value up to EUR 50). Conflicts of interest must be disclosed to management.

4. Customs, sanctions and trade compliance

Customs declarations are made truthfully on the basis of documents we receive. We screen parties and goods against EU sanctions lists, refuse shipments we suspect are unlawful, and keep records as required.

5. Fair competition

No price-fixing, market sharing or exchange of sensitive information with competitors.

6. People and workplace

We respect human rights, offer equal opportunities and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or mobbing. We provide a safe and healthy workplace (ZVZD-1) and pay fair wages in line with ZDR-1 and collective agreements.

7. Information and data

We protect customer and company information, personal data (GDPR/ZVOP-2) and IT systems. Confidential information is not shared outside the company without authorisation.

8. Environment

We aim to reduce emissions and waste, e.g. by optimising routes and using rail/intermodal options where practical.

9. Company assets and records

Company assets are used responsibly. Accounting and business records are accurate and complete.

10. Raising concerns

Report suspected breaches to your manager, management or through our whistleblowing channel, or by e-mail to info@europacific.com. Retaliation against anyone reporting in good faith is prohibited.

11. Breaches

Breaches may lead to disciplinary or legal consequences.
